Your card issuer is the one to indicate the place where you can request an account statement or other services. Please identify the issuer on the back of your card or by checking the contract for use of the card delivered to you.
Usually the assistance to the holder is performed by the issuer’s internet banking and the the Service Center contained in the back of your card.
