Anticipation of sales

Currently, Cabal Brazil offers the model of automatic anticipation of sales.

With this option, all sales are anticipated automatically. You can select to anticipate only sight sales, only in installments or both. In this way you guarantee your cash flow.

The selection may be done at any time, at your discretion, you only have to call the Merchant Services Center (0800 704 3323) to include or to exclude the option of automatic anticipation.

In the Services Site Cabal informs in detail about the anticipation fees, which may vary due to the number of installments.

Chargeback

It occurs when the issuing bank refuses an authorized transaction in reply to a lack of acknowledgement of the purchase by the holder, or when the establishment performs a sale against the rules of the Brand or licensed buyer.

The amount corresponding to the sale returned shall be deducted from the establishment’s account (bank address).

It is important that the establishment keeps saved, at least for 12 months, all the copies of evidence of sales performed.

Over this period, you may be asked to present a copy of receipt, as evidence of sales, when the transaction, for any reason, has not been accepted.

Sale report

Cabal makes available to the establishment, by the Services Site, a detailed sales report, which enables total control on sales, facilitating the merchant’s day-by-day.

Supplies order

The signs of your establishment with the Cabal view material is fundamental to attract new clients, so keep your sales point well signalized.

Types of sale

Sales

Available for Credit Cards, Cabal Debit and Cabal Vale.

The payment to the establishment is performed by Cabal Brasil within the term agreed upon on contract for each one of the products.

Installments at the store

Available only for Credit Card.

It is the payment in installments, without interests, offered by the establishment to the Cabal Credit Card Holder. In this modality, the establishment directly negotiates with the Holder on the number of installments, being at most 12 (twelve) and the amount of each must not be less than R$5.00 (Five Brazilian Reais).

The payment to the establishment will be performed monthly by Cabal Brasil, directly in current account.

Safety sales

Here you find precious tips about the safety features of Cabal Card, and the main points the establishment should observe to perform sales fast and safe:

General instructions

  • Always check the card expiration date;
  • Check the existence of safety code on the signature panel, on the back of the card, formed by three digits;
  • The number engraved in raised letters should always be the same as the printed number in the back of the card;
  • Keep the client card with you until the sales is finished;
  • Look at the characteristics of the card, as the conservancy state, color and pattern of product. If suspicious, do not perform the sale;
  • Compare the signature that the client just provided with the signature on the back of the card. If the card is not signed, ask for the client to sign and then compare with the ID card signature. If he/she refuses to sign the card, do not perform the sale;
  • Always inform the total sales amount, even if it is in installments;
